When you submit an event, all the information you enter is processed, stored and publicized by our website. Only the fields “Your Name” and “Your Email” are not published on the website and are used only for internal administrative purposes.
If you post the event through your bocagrandehappenings.org account, the event entry will be assigned to your account so you can edit/delete the event later. This assignment is only visible through the website’s backend.
If you have been provided with log-in information for our website, your username, name, email address and password (hashed) is stored in the website’s database. Furthermore, when logging in or adding an event, the website places cookies on your computer (see below).
Images may include embedded location data (EXIF GPS). If you upload images to the website or provide bocagrandehappenings.org with images to upload, the image(s) become(s) publicly accessible.
