SilverSneakers FLEX Cardio Go & FLEX Daily Living

Friends of Boca Grande is pleased to offer the SilverSneakers FLEX fitness classes at the Community Center. The FLEX classes will improve cardiovascular health, increase energy levels, increase endurance, and build muscle strength. Who knew working up a sweat could be fun?

All classes are instructed by Tricia Hamann, National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer. Pre-register online at www.friendsofbocagrande.org or at the Friends office 941-964-0827.

You may already be a SilverSneakers member – check your Medicare benefit plan and join these classes for no charge. For non-SilverSneakers members, each class is $10 payable to the instructor.

Get up and go with an aerobics class that increases upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching, and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle.

Starting November 1, 2016 | Tuesdays at 10:00am | Multi-Purpose Room | $10/Class

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
