This series addresses the experience of illness, loss, trauma, survivorship, and the inspiration that can follow. From coping to surviving to living and thriving; in each session, educational information will be provided along with sharing of personal stories from the keynote speaker and/or other guests who will address the topic at hand. Time for a question and answer period will be provided.

Come learn about the programs and services provided by Southeastern Guide Dogs, with a special presentation by Michael Jernigan, U.S. Marine Corps veteran and graduate of the guide dog program. Hear Michael’s inspiring story about his recovery after the tragic loss of his sight.
