Do you want to regain and improve your mobility? Are your joints feeling tight, stiff and immobile? Get stronger and increase your balance, mobility and flexibility through gentle range-of-motion exercises that strengthen the ankle, knee and hip joints. Exercises may be done sitting or standing; we provide a sturdy chair and trained instructor for a workout that encompasses far more than mobility movements. Join the fun and achieve a stable and able body.
