Great Decisions is America’s largest discussion program on world affairs. Produced by the Foreign Policy Association, the Great Decisions program highlights eight of the most thought-provoking global issues facing Americans each year. Preliminary topics for 2022 include: Foreign Policy under the Biden Administration, The Abraham Accords, Russia and disinformation, the “War on Drugs” Anniversary, Shifting Global Demographics, South-East Asia, Economics of Climate Change, The new “Space Race”.

This course provides background information, current data and policy options for each issue and serves as the focal text for small group discussion. Each session includes a 30-minute documentary that corresponds to content in the Great Decisions 2022 Briefing Book. Participants will be expected to lead discussion. Course fee includes the briefing book.
