Sam Skinner has had a notable career in both the public and private sectors with remarkable accomplishments within the realms of federal public policy, transportation, corporate governance and complex litigation. Mr. Skinner served as Chief of Staff to President George H. Bush, where he coordinated the various agencies and cabinet departments that report to the President. Mr. Skinner acted as the President’s point person in numerous crisis situations, including the Eastern Airlines strike, the Exxon Valdez oil spill, the northern California earthquake, Hurricane Hugo, and the 1991 national rail strike.
