Reduce fall risk and improve cognition. Using the principals of Tai Chi, the Better Body Balance class combines the physical components needed to stay upright – leg strength, flexibility, range of motion, and reflexes – to strengthen the body while focusing the mind. Instructor, John Mannion, will lead participants through a series of slow, controlled and low-impact movements to improve your stability and protect against falls.
